Josie Josie Bindi Bindi AmandaJosie Davis was born in Hollywood, California. She is an actress as well as a writer. Davis started her profession as a kid actor in TV commercials. At the age of a small girl, she became a regular in the show Charles In Charge. The show ranked number one in syndication. Josie was nominated 3 times and won the prestigious Teenage In Film Award in recognition of her role as Sarah Powell. Davis played a lead role in numerous television movies as an adult. Davis was awarded Lifetime Movie Network Awards for her performance. Davis got the opportunity to join the writing program at USC. But she decided to study acting. She took classes with Paul E Richards, who passed away in 1998 after 20 years. Davis was 24, and at the age of 24, auditioned with Hollywood's biggest names, Shelley Winters and Mark Rydell, as well as Martin Landau. After just one audition, Davis was admitted to the famed Actors Studio as a member that had working privileges. She became a Lifetime member with a single invitation to audition. More than a thousand had auditioned for the position, making Davis only one of two accepted actors during the same year.
